• The Lobos snap a 2-game losing streak with a 74-57 victory over Utah...the Lobos are 15-3 overall and 1-2 in the Mountain West Conference

• The 17-point winning margin is UNM's largest over Utah in 20 years, since an 86-66 decision in The Pit on Feb. 17, 1990

• New Mexico has won 8 straight games against Utah in The Pit, the longest current winning streak against an MWC opponent in Albuquerque

• The Lobos have won 37 straight games (30-0 under current head coach Steve Alford) when allowing less than 60 points...the last loss was 51-46 at Air Force on Feb. 22, 2006

• After getting just 4 points and 7 rebounds from its bench Saturday against UNLV, UNM received 23 points and 13 rebounds tonight, including 15 points and 10 boards in the 1st half...it's the best production in 5 games, since 35 points and 10 boards against Texas Tech on Dec. 29

• UNM has made at least one 3-pointer in 606 straight games...the last time it didn't was Jan. 3, 1991, missing on 8 attempts against Colorado State

Sophomore forward A.J. Hardeman
• 11 points (4-7 FGs, 3-5 FTs, 5 rebounds and 2 blocks in 28 minutes
• had scored 13 points in the previous 3 games on 5-12 FGs

Sophomore forward Will Brown
• came off the bench to get 7 points, 6 rebounds and a career-high 3 steals in 20 minutes
• had 6 points and 5 boards in 9 first-half minutes

Sophomore guard Nate Garth
• came off the bench to tally 10 points, a season-high 4 rebounds, and play a season-high 24 minutes
• had scored just 11 points the previous 5 games on 1-13 FGs

Junior guard Dairese Gary
• 13 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists despite coming out of the game in the 1st half with a slightly hyperextended left elbow
