ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The University of New Mexico Athletic Department has released ticket prices for the upcoming 2013-14 Women's Basketball season. Season ticket prices will remain the same as last season while the team plays one less home game next season. However, the Lobo Club has reduced donation levels and has increased the opportunities to purchase season tickets in other areas without a donation. There will also be no change in single game ticket prices.

"It was important to keep our season ticket prices the same from a revenue standpoint. While there is one less home game this season, we feel like those prices alongside reduced donation levels keep our women's basketball ticket pricing affordable to all fans. We hope it will also help us to grow our ticket base and increase attendance at The Pit," said Associate A.D. for Marketing & Revenue Brad Hutchins.

Adult tickets begin at just $114 dollars for bench seating and just $190 for chair seats for the entire season. There are also ticket plans for youth, seniors, families and university faculty and staff beginning at reduced prices. The complete pricing guide is available here.

The Lobo Club's seating changes include reduced required donations in all seating areas. The donation levels have been lowered by $50 to $150 dollars depending on the section. Other sections have had their required donations eliminated altogether.  For the updated Women's Basketball Seating chart from the Lobo Club, click here.

"We are very pleased that our ticket prices did not increase and donation levels decreased or were removed. We appreciate how loyal our fans have been throughout the years. Our goal is to increase the number of season ticket holders and attendance. It's part of the work to continue making The Pit the best home court in the west," said Head Coach Yvonne Sanchez.

New Mexico Women's Basketball has been one of the nation's leaders in attendance for over a decade. The Lobos finished eighth in the nation averaging 6,450 fans per home game. It marked the 14th straight season the program has finished in the top ten nationally in attendance while also leading the Mountain West Conference in that category in each of those 14 seasons.

The 2013-14 schedule will include 18 home dates in The Pit, which begins with a pair of exhibitions against New Mexico Highlands and Western New Mexico. The Lobos' newly-released non-conference schedule will see Texas, Arkansas, Colorado and New Mexico State all on Bob King Court.
