Brandon Moss is entering his fourth season as an Assistant Coach with the Lobo Men's Soccer team. He helped the program tie its record for most wins in a two-year span in 2011 and 2012 with 35 wins. That tied the record set by the 2004 and 2005 Lobos, which Moss played for under Head Coach Jeremy Fishbein.

He brings to the table the unique perspective of a former player under head coach Jeremy Fishbein on the 2005 National Championship runner-up team. Recruiting is one of Moss' many strengths, as he is able to sell the Lobo soccer program as a player and coach. His unyielding passion for New Mexico soccer is contagious amongst the staff, in turn strengthing the overall recruiting mentality. Moss is a true testament to the success that Lobo soccer can facilitate.

Moss joined the staff in the summer of 2010 after serving as the Volunteer Assistant Coach at The Ohio State University. As a player, he was a 4 year starter for the Lobos (2002-2005), garnering Freshman All-American, Academic All-American, and All-Conference honors. Moss was part of 3 MPSF Conference Championships, and 3 NCAA Tournament appearances, including a spot in the Sweet 16 (2004) and National Championship game (2005). After his Senior season, Moss was drafted in the 3rd Round by the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer. In his rookie season he made 20 appearances with the first team starting in 17 of those games. An ACL tear in his 2nd season with Columbus ended his time as a professional. He retired in January of 2008.

Moss is also in charge of Lobo Soccer's community relations efforts, as the squad spends countless hours in the community working with elementary school children. Additionally, this past spring, Moss helped turn a simple spring alumni game into a major ALS Fundraiser to benefit former Lobo Pat Grange. The game raised over $40,000 for ALS research and saw many Lobo stars come back to Albuquerque for the game.
