Head Coach Alan Dils on McDaniels:
"Mitch is one of the hardest workers on the team. For him to play his best, he will have to take care of his body. The learning curve is still very high for Mitch. Very few people bring more passion to the game than he does. His improvement has been extraordinary. You can contribute that to his passion and his listening to his coaches and applying that to his game."
