Transferred from Kansas prior to his junior year • Has essentially played for four college coaches...recruited by Roy Williams but played for Bill Self at Kansas and Ritchie McKay and Steve Alford at New Mexico • Led UNM in scoring in each of last two seasons • MWC Player of the Week five times as a senior (11/19, 1/7, 2/11, 2/18 and 3/10)...tied Utah's Andrew Bogut (2005) for most honors in a season...only player in MWC hisotry to win honor four times in conference play • Won the award 6 times overall • One of the top rebounding guards in the nation

2006-07 JUNIOR SEASON
Saw action in 26 games with 22 starts • Led the team in scoring with 15.8 ppg • Second on the team in rebounds with 6.5 rpg • earned honorable mention All-MWC honors • third on the team in assists with 60 • 2006 Las Vegas Classic All-Tournament team with14 points and six rebounds in an upset win over No. 8 Wichita State • MVP of the 2006 Comcast Lobo Invitational...26 points and nine rebounds in the championship game against Pepperdine • Scored 20+ points seven times and had three double-doubles on the year • Shot 44.1% from the floor, 30.1% from 3-pt. range and 59.0% from the FT line • Studied abroad in Mexico during the second session of summer school in 2006.

2005-06 REDSHIRT SEASON
Sat out the 2005-06 season at UNM as a redshirt due to NCAA transfer rules.

2004-05 • SOPHOMORE SEASON (KANSAS)
Averaged 10.1 ppg and 3.8 rpg • Saw action in 30 games, starting 27 • Shot 40.4% from the field, 33.7% from 3-pt. range and 68.0% from the FT line • Scored a season-high 18 points against Kansas State on Feb. 9 • Led the team with 63 3-pt. FGs • 9th in the Big 12 in 3-pt. FG% and 8th in 3-pt. FGs made (2.10) • Scored in double figures 18 times.

2003-04 • FRESHMAN SEASON (KANSAS)
Earned honorable mention All-Big 12 and was named to the All-Freshman team after averaging 11.3 ppg and 3.6 rpg • Led the team with 74 3-pt. FGs • Shot 47.5% from the field and 40.7% from 3-pt. range • Hit 7-12 3-pt. FGs for 24 points against Iowa State on Feb. 21 • Ranked sixth in 3-pt. FG% and third in 3-pt. FGs made (2.24) in the Big 12.

A 2003 graduate of John Marshall High School where he played for coach John Martin • McDonald's High School All-American • Ranked as the 17th best prospect in the country by ESPN.com • Oklahoma's Gatorade Player of the Year • Led the Bears to the state championship as a senior, earning tournament MVP honors • Averaged 22 ppg and 10 rpg as a senior • Also ran track in high school and cleared 6-10 in the high jump • Co-MVP of the 2003 Global Games and won the tournament's Slam Dunk contest.
