Junior Year (2014): Appeared in 37 games with 12 starts in the outfield…was one of the Lobos pinch runners…recorded nine runs scored and was 1-for-3 in stolen bases…finished with a .875 fielding percentage with 13 putouts and one assist.

Prior to UNM: Played two season at the College of Southern Idaho...helped CSI earn SWAC Region Runner up in 2012 and 2013 and become conference champs in 2013…excelled in the classroom as well, earning the National Scholar Athlete Team Award in 2012 and 2013…graduated in May 2013 with as Associate of Arts Degree.

High School: Played for coach Becky Barris at Winslow HS in Winslow, Ariz.,…four-year letter winner in both softball and basketball, and a two-year letter winner in cross country…helped the Bulldogs win the 3A State Championship in softball as well as the Gracie Haught Softball Tournament in 2010… the Bulldogs were 3A North Region Champs four years in a row (2008-11) and gold medalists in the North American Indigenous Games (Canada) in 2008…earned many accolades her senior season including WHS Softball MVP, A1A First Team All-State, A1A All-State Tournament Team, National Fast Pitch Coaches Association-All American Scholar-Athlete, ranked first in stolen bases (50 of 52 attempts) among 1A-5A schools, 1A-3A North All Star Team, 1A-3A Arizona Republic All-State Team (2010 and 2011), WHS Female Athlete of the Year, Navajo Times Softball Player of the Year, and A1A 3A North Region Player of the Year…in 2010 also named 3A North Defensive Player of the Year…played club ball with a number of teams including, East Valley Pride, Desert Ice, Casa Grande Extreme, Sugar & Spikes, the Krew, and Mountain Thunder…earned several other honors in high school including US Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete Female of the Year, WHS All Around Champion, 2011 Carl Whetherton Outstanding Female Award, and senior prom queen…was also instrumental on her basketball team helping them win the 3A State Championship in 2008 and 2010, and was also named Navajo Times All-Area All Star and 3A North All-Region Team Point Guard in her senior season (2011).

Personal: Born October 14 to Frank and Debra Stacey in Flagstaff, Ariz.,…one of five children…three older siblings, Joseph, Tiffany, Frank and one younger brother, John…nickname is Gabby…hobbies include dancing and listening to music…favorite food is chicken alfredo…favorite athlete is Colin Kaepernick…favorite movie is A League of Their Own…plans to major in exercise science.
