Streaks and trends

*New Mexico has now won 15 consecutive home conference games, dating back to an 85-52 win on Jan. 25, 2012 over Colorado State.

*UNM is now 72-43 all-time against CSU, and 43-5 in The Pit.          

In-Game Notes

*Tonight’s attendance was a sell-out at 15,411, the fourth straight MW sell-out dating back to last year.  It bumped the season attendance total average to 15,072, or 97.8% capacity.

 Head Coach Craig Neal

*Craig Neal is now 10-3 as a head coach with New Mexico, and he is 6-1 in home games.  

Senior F Cameron Bairstow

*Scored 29 points and had 14 rebounds giving him 20 or more points in six of his last seven games.  The 29 points tied his career-high, set earlier this season against Charleston Southern.

*Was the leading scorer for the seventh time this season.

*His double-double was his sixth of the season, and of his career.

*His 13 free throws made and 20 attempts were both career-highs. The 20 attempts were the second-most in school history by a Lobo in a conference game.  Ruben Douglas went 26-for-31 against Utah on March 1, 2003.

 Senior G Kendall Williams

*Scored 22 points to give him double-figures in all 13 games this season. 

*Broke the 1,500 point mark with his three late in the first half. He is now the first person in school history to record 1,500 points, 500 assists and 150 steals.

*Became the second player in Mountain West history with 1,500 points, 500 assists, and 150 steals (Jimmer Fredette had 2,599 points, 515 assists, and 167 steals)

*Had seven assists, the 49th time in his career that he has had five or more, and the second game in a row.

 RS Junior C Alex Kirk

 *Had his ninth double-double of the season and 19th of his career with 10 points and 11 rebounds. 

*Tied his season-high with five blocked shots (it’s the fourth time he’s had five in a game this season).
