The University of New Mexico Baseball team will look to exceed expectations in 2008 with 29 very competitive home games, including key match-ups against College World Series participant UC-Irvine as well as Texas Tech, Arizona, New Mexico State, and the competitive Mountain West Conference.
Lobo Baseball Season Tickets are currently on sale for the 2008 season. The season opener is set for Friday, Feb. 22 at 3 p.m. against Eastern Michigan at Isotopes Park. The game is the first in a four-game weekend series against the Eagles.
Special events throughout the season include the annual "Pack the Park" on Saturday, April 19 at noon against Utah and "Youth Day" on Sunday, April 27 at 1 p.m. vs. UC-Irvine.
Season ticket prices are $75 for adults, $50 for seniors and $35 for youth. Special Family Plan packages are also available for $165. The plan includes 2 adult and 2 youth tickets. There is also a 15-game plan that includes all Saturday games as well as the Texas Tech, Arizona, and New Mexico State match-ups for as low as $20.
