COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.- Senior goalkeeper Kristen Winters was named the Mountain West Conference Goalkeeper of the Week announced today by the league office. It is her second career conference player of the week honor.

Winters earned her 20th career shutout and third of the season after playing the entire 110 minutes in the scoreless tie against defending SEC champion Auburn last Friday. She is the all-time leader at UNM in career shutouts.

With UNM's 3-0 victory over Syracuse on Sunday, Winters was credited with her 22nd career win, the most wins on the all-time list. Winters played 86 minutes in the game against Syracuse. Freshman Shannon Adragna played the remainder of the game as keeper, making the 3-0 win a team shutout in the statistics book.
