• New Mexico stays unbeaten at home (7-0) with a 57-47 victory over the University of San Diego...UNM improves to 8-2 while USD drops to 5-6

• The 47 points is a season-low for San Diego...the Toreros came into the game averaging 65.6 ppg...it also ties the fewest points allowed by New Mexico this season...UNM beat Colorado 54-47

• UNM also held USD to an opponent season-low 32% shooting (16-50) from the floor...the previous low was 34% (17-50) by Eastern Washington

• The two teams combined to miss their first 10 shots from the floor...USD was 0-6, first scoring with 14:11 left in the 1st half

• USD's top-2 scorers - Brandon Johnson and Gyno Pomare - were held to a combined 14 points and 4 rebounds...they came into the game averaging 31.6 points and 10.7 rebounds...Pomare had a season-low 4 points...he had 6 against Southern Cal

• New Mexico was out-rebounded (33-30) for the first time in 8 homes games this year

• The Lobos employed their 4th different starting lineup of the season
