ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Coach Flanagan and the Lobo women's basketball team will hit the road again on Saturday as the travel to Colorado Springs, Colo., for a Mountain West Conference game against the Air Force Academy. UNM is 13-4 on the year and 3-1 in the conference, while AFA is 10-6 overall and 1-4 in the MWC. Tip-off Saturday, from Clune Arena is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. and can be heard live on KNML 610 AM.

TONIGHT'S GAME: Tonight's game features the No. 18/20 Lobos of the University of New Mexico as they travel to Colorado Springs to play the Air Force Academy in a Mountain West Conference road game.

SCOUTING THE LOBOS: UNM is 13-4 on the season and 3-1 in conference with a 69-52 victory over Oral Roberts in the first round of the preseason WNIT, a 55-46 win over Cal in the second round, a 74-63 loss to No. 22 Oklahoma in the WNIT semifinals, a 76-68 win at No. 12 Texas, a 61-54 victory over Marist, a 56-52 win over Oklahoma State, a 62-44 victory over No. 10 Minnesota, a 73-61 loss to No. 12 Arizona State, a 70-57 win over Louisiana Monroe, a 75-59 victory over North Dakota State, a 79-77 win in triple-overtime at New Mexico State, a second loss to Oklahoma 83-70, a victory over New Mexico State 55-42, a win against No. 22 Utah 59-42, victory at Colorado State 73-57, a loss at TCU 76-67 and win over Wyoming 62-39. New Mexico is led in scoring by sophomore Dionne Marsh at 15.5 ppg. Senior Abbie Letz leads the team in rebounding at 8.1 rpg., while junior Katie Montgomery leads UNM in assists at 3.7 apg.

SCOUTING THE FALCONS: Air Force is currently 10-6 overall and 1-4 in the MWC with wins over Northern Colorado (67-60), at Utah Valley State (97-70), at Weber State (78-65), Bucknell (58-41), at Utah State (60-56), at Montana State (81-61), Colorado-Colorado Springs (68-56), Army (73-61), Western State (76-34) and at San Diego State (63-59 OT), with losses to Stephen F. Austin (67-63), Denver (65-59), at BYU (64-43), Wyoming (64-55), at TCU (71-57) and at Utah (90-45). The Falcons are led in scoring by Pamela Findlay at 10.3 ppg. Leading AFA in rebounding is Alecia Steele at 6.9 rpg. and leading them in assists is Andrea Taylor at 2.6 apg.
