Aaron Hunt of Clemson, Mike Nugent of Ohio State and Wes Zunker of New Mexico have been selected as the Lou Groza Award's Top Three Stars for Week 11.
Junior Wes Zunker kicked three field goals, including a 33-yard game-winner as time expired, to give New Mexico a three-point win against Colorado State. Zunker, who also connected from 27 and 41 yards out, has hit on 13 consecutive attempts.
Senior place-kicker Aaron Hunt became Clemson's all-time leading scorer, as the Tigers upended the third-ranked Seminoles. Hunt nailed all four of his field goal attempts on the evening and has converted on his last 11 field goals.
Junior Mike Nugent kicked field goals of 44, 24, 42 and 18 and helped the Buckeyes pull away from Michigan State. Nugent was perfect on the afternoon and finished the day with 15 points.
