ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The University of New Mexico men's golf team travels to Tempe, Arizona, for the ASU Thunderbird/Ping Invitational. The ASU Thunderbird/Ping Invitational will be played on Fri.-Sat., April 9-10. The Lobos finished 14th last year, while host Arizona State won the 2003 ASU Thunderbird/Ping Invitational. Joining the Lobos in the field is Arizona, ASU (two teams), BYU, California, Oregon, Oregon State, Pepperdine, San Diego State, Stanford, Texas Tech, UNLV, USC, UTEP and Washington. There will be a shotgun start on Friday at 8:30 a.m. while Saturday's regular tee-times from holes 1 and 10 will begin at 8 a.m.

THE COURSE: The ASU Thunderbird/Ping Invitational will be played at the 7,057 yard, par-72 ASU Karsten Golf Course in Tempe, Arizona.
