SATICOY, CALIF. - The University of New Mexico men's golf team shot a final round 301 to finish at 911 (312-298-301) in ninth place at the 13-team Club Glove Intercollegiate.

Individually for New Mexico, Jay Reynolds led the way finishing 11 over par (75-78-74=227) to tie for 28th. Other scores for the Lobos: Ian Medlock tied for 35th at +13 (80-75-74=229), Jay Choi (78-76-77=231) and Charlie Beljan (79-76-76=231) tied for 42nd at +15 and Tyler Symons tied for 48th at +17 (82-71-80=233)

The Club Glove Intercollegiate title went to host Pepperdine with a 54-hole total of 871, while Arizona State finished nine strokes back in second.

Individual medallist honors went to Michael Putnam of Pepperdine (67-73-75=215) with a playoff win over David Inglis of Tulsa (70-74-71=215).

The University of New Mexico men's golf team will return to action on Oct. 20-21, at the Barona Cup in San Diego, Calif.
