SOMIS, Calif. - The University of New Mexico men's golf team is currently in fourth place, after 36-holes at the Club Glove Intercollegiate. The Lobos are 29-over par (300-305=605) on the par-72, 6,985 yard Saticoy Country Club Course in Somis, Calif. The team lead belongs to Lamar at 18-over par, two strokes in front of Louisville.

Individually UNM was led by senior Charlie Beljan at 3-over par (71-76=147). Beljan is currently tied for third and one stroke off the lead. Sophomore Nick Geyer is also in the top-10, tied for eighth at 5-over par (75-74=149). Other Lobo results are junior Robb Bierbaum is tied for 22nd at 10-over par, sophomore Steve Saunders is tied for 26th at 11-over par and sophomore Dan Saltz is tied for 40th at 15-over par.

The individual lead belongs to both Jason Lokrak of Xavier and Oliver Bekker of Lamar at 2-over par.

The final round of the Club Glove Intercollegiate is tomorrow from the Saticoy Country Club Course. Full results can be found on host Pepperdine's web site at www.pepperdinesports.com.
