• 22nd-ranked New Mexico improves to 20-7 overall and 10-4 in the Mountain West Conference...it's the Lobos' sixth straight 20-win season and 8th in 11 seasons under current head coach Don Flanagan

• The Lobos have won 14 straight against SDSU, including 5 in a row at San Diego

• The 27-point margin of victory is the Lobos' largest ever over the Aztecs in San Diego and the biggest in a road game since a 71-40 decision at Air Force on Feb. 15, 2003

• New Mexico was 10 of 21 (47.6%) from 3-point, the second-highest total made this season...UNM is shooting 49% (37-75) from beyond the arc the past 4 games

• Junior G Julie Briody came off the bench to tie a career-high with 20 points, including 9-9 FTs...she had 12 points in the first half, including 3 of 3 from 3-point...Briody also scored 20 points two years ago at Wyoming...she has averaged 12.8 ppg the past 5 games

• Briody has made 31 consecutive FTs...her last miss was in the first half of the Colorado State game on Feb. 8...she is shooting 89.5% (60-67) on the season, including 36 of 37 (97%) in the past 7 games

• Thanks to Briody, the Lobos held a 32-4 edge in bench scoring

• New Mexico was 23 of 25 from the FT line (92%), raising the season accuracy to 74.6% in all games and 78% in MWC contests...the single-season school record for FT% in all games is 73.5% in 2001-02

• Senior Jana Francis scored 15 points to tie her career-high in an MWC game...she also had 15 last year at San Diego State...today was Francis' first double-figure scoring game since getting 10 at Colorado State on Jan. 7, a span of 13 games, and her best output since 15 against Oklahoma on Dec. 30
