- Utah extended its winning streak to a school record tying 18 straight games and are 12-0 in MWC play

- New Mexico is 0-5 against ranked teams this year, including an 0-3 mark in The Pit

- The Utes' have won back-to-back games in The Pit for the first time since the 1995-96 seasons

- New Mexico did not trail for nearly 39 minutes before Utah took its first lead, 50-48, with 1:11 to play
