LARAMIE, WYO. - The University of New Mexico fought off cold, wind and snow to finish the regular season with a 26-3 victory over the University of Wyoming at War Memorial Stadium. The Lobo defense held the Cowboy offense to just eight first downs and less than 200 yards of total offense. The defense also recorded a season-high seven sacks and recorded a safety. UNM's offense was just as dominant as DonTrell Moore and D.D. Cox each rushed for over 100 yards. UNM finishes the season 8-4 and 5-2 in the conference. The Lobos now wait for the bowl invitations to come.
