ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Junior Adah Burke (Las Cruces, N.M.) has been named to the Academic All-America District VI volleyball second team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), released Tuesday morning (Nov. 12). Burke, who had the highest GPA in the district, boasts a 4.040 GPA in Mathematics.

Burke is the top defensive specialist for the Lobos, leading the team and ranking fifth in the Mountain West Conference in digs with 2.79 per game. She registered a career-high 23 digs at New Mexico State Oct. 21 and was named the top libero at the Comcast Lobo Invitational Sept. 6.
