Tonight's attendance of 44,075 was the largest in UNM history...the previous best was the 41,771 fans who watched the Lobos season-opening 26-6 victory over UTEP on Sept. 1, 2001. ..average attendance now is 37,671 for three games in 2003

Sophomore running back DonTrell Moore tied a career-high with 30 carries tonight, a mark he set against Colorado State on 11/23/02. Moore finished the night with 113 yards and two touchdowns...it's the 7th 100-yard rushing game of his career

Moore is now No. 18 all-time at UNM with 1,519 career rushing yards...his 20 career rushing TDs rank 6th all-time

Junior Wes Zunker's 43-yard field goal was his first since connecting from 28 yards out at Air Force last year, a span of 15 games

Senior deep snapper Martin Lovato notched the second forced fumble of his career, both of which have set up Lobo TDs...Lovato also had a hit and forced fumble vs. Utah last year.

New Mexico forced 5 turnovers on the night (3 fumbles, 2 interceptions) after going 2 games without a takeaway...UNM has never gone 3 straight games without causing a turnover.

UNM senior linebacker Billy Strother led the team with 11 tackles tonight, to follow up a career-high 15 tackles at Washington State...Strother is averaging just over nine tackles a game this season.

UNM sophomore running back Tony Frazier saw his first game action since Aug. 31, 2002 versus Weber State...Frazier had one kickoff return for 31 yards.

Sophomore WR Hank Baskett III caught his fourth touchdown pass of his career. Baskett now has four touchdowns on eight career receptions.
