TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Kelsey Griffin scored 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead Nebraska to a 66-59 victory over No. 23 New Mexico on Monday.

It was the second loss in a three games for the Lobos, who were routed by then-No. 13 Arizona State 67-49 on Sunday.

Kiera Hardy scored 16 points and Jelena Spiric added 13 for Nebraska, which shot 40 percent from the field.

Dionne Marsh led the Lobos with 16 points, while Brandi Kimble had 12 and Julie Briody had 11. Katie Montgomery had six steals for New Mexico.

Nebraska took a 33-30 lead at halftime as the Lobos struggled with their shooting. New Mexico shot 40 percent from the floor in the first half, but made only 2-of-11 3-pointers.
