LAS VEGAS, Nev.-- The University of New Mexico women's basketball lost another heartbreaker to the Utah Utes today, 56-55 in the semifinals of the MWC Tournament inside the Thomas and Mack Center. Utah's Morgan Warburton drove the length of the court and sank a bucket with two seconds left to seal the deal for Utah. The loss drops the Lobos to 22-10 on the season, while Utah improves to 21-9 on the season.

The trio of junior Amy Beggin and seniors Angela Hartill and Amanda Adamson combined for more than half of the Lobos 55 points with 39. Beggin led the way with 16 points and four rebounds. Hartill added 13 points and six rebounds. Adamson pitched in 10 points with two rebounds.
