Barras Takes First At AFA Invite, Quinn Nails Down Second

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - - Senior Becca Barras took first place on the three-meter board in day one of the 2005 Air Force Diving Invitational at the Cadet Natatorium.

Barras, who won all three diving events at the AFA Invite in 2004, kept at her dominant ways, taking first with 506.20 points. Sophomore Carrie Quinn solidified second-place with 469.85 points.

The invite continues tomorrow with the one-meter dive scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. followed by the platform diving at 1 p.m. back at the Cadet Natatorium.
