The Big 12 Conference has announced that New Mexico's early October game at Texas Tech will be televised live by Fox Sports Net as part of the league's network package. The Oct. 3 game was originally scheduled to kickoff at 6 p.m., but will move up to 2:30 p.m. Central/1:30 p.m. Mountain. Eleven of the 12 games on the Lobos' 2009 schedule will be televised on either The Mtn., CBS College Sports, or FSN - all of which are available nationwide via DirecTV.

Due to the Big 12 Conference television contract, New Mexico's 2009 season opener on Sept. 5 at Texas A&M will be available exclusively on the Lobo Radio Network and the Lobos' flagship station 770-AM KKOB. Scott Galetti and former UNM quarterback Kole McKamey will have the call on KKOB.
