COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. - Junior guard Mandi Moore of the New Mexico women's basketball team was selected Mountain West Conference Player of the Week named by the league officials on Monday, morning, marking her first career award.

A 5-7 junior from Canyon, Texas (Canyon HS), Moore was just one assist shy of the MWC's first triple double as she recorded career highs for points (20) and rebounds (11), and tallied a season-high nine assists in a 79-31 victory over Air Force. Moore was 8-of-10 from the field, including 4-of-6 from three-point range, while also recording four steals and a block vs. the Falcons. Moore ranks third in assists and 10th in scoring in MWC games this season.
