  • New Mexico falls to 12-4 overall, 2-1 in the Mountain West Conference... TCU improves to 7-6, 1-1 in the MWC

  • New Mexico missed its first 7 FGs and did not make a basket on its first 9 possessions...UNM trailed 14-3, getting just one FG and one FT in its first 16 possessions of the game

  • Trailing 14-3, the Lobos went on a 15-0 run to take an 18-14 lead...TCU did not score for 7:02...the UNM lead grew to 30-23 before the Frogs scored the final seven points of the first half to make it 30-all at the break

  • The Lobos led 39-38 after a Dionne Marsh basket, but TCU used a 9-0 burst to take a 47-39 advantage and the Frogs never trailed again...the closest New Mexico got was three points, the last time at 65-62

  • The Lobos committed 19 turnovers, the 2nd-highest total of the season and the most since 20 at Texas in the fourth game of the year...TCU scored 24 points off the Lobo miscues

  • New Mexico is now 1-4 when allowing 70 points or more this season, 11-0 when allowing less than 70

  • TCU shot 47% for the game, including 55% (16-29) in the second half

  • UNM had held its first two MWC opponents to 15% (6-40) shooting from 3-point, but TCU made 8 of 17, for 47%, the best percentage against the Lobos this season...the Frogs were 6 of 9 in the 2nd half after making just 2 of 8 in the first period

  • Fast break points were 20-0 in TCU's favor

  • New Mexico had been 8-0 this season when out-rebounding its opponents...the Lobos had a 36-28 edge on the boards tonight

  • For the second straight game, sophomore Dionne Marsh was limited to 1 point in the first half due to foul trouble...and for the second straight game, she was big in the second half, scoring 19 points after halftime to finish with 20 points...Marsh scored 15 points in the second half last Saturday at Colorado State

  • Freshman Angela Hartill scored a career-high 10 points, all of those coming in 9 first-half minutes...Harthill made 4-4 FGs and 2-2 FTs...her previous high was 8 points against Oral Roberts and California in the first two games of the year

  • Senior Abbie Letz had nine rebounds and is 16 shy of 500 for her career

  • Senior Judy Vogt had a season-high 6 assists

  • Senior post Jana Francis played in her 100th career game tonight
