RENO, Nev. - The University of New Mexico women's soccer team fell to Nevada 2-0 after allowing two goals in the first half. The Lobos drop to 2-3-3 while the Wolf Pack improves to 3-3-1.

Nevada attacked in the first nine minutes of the match with goals by Miranda Montejo at 9:17 and Lauren Kinneman at 9:42. Montejo scored the first goal of the night with a header from 10 yards out. Elana Graham had the assist. Kinneman grabbed the unassisted goal with an unstoppable shot from the left side.

New Mexico outshot Nevada 8 to 7. New Mexico's midfielder Eryn Paetz had the most shots in the game with three while junior Bridgette Sanchez produced one shot on goal for the Lobos.

The Lobos return home on Sunday, Sept. 25 for their last non-conference game of the season. New Mexico will host Idaho at the UNM Soccer Complex at noon.
