LAS VEGAS, NEV.—The Lobos made a good run at the ITA Regional Championships as Jadon Phillips made it to the finals in singles, and doubles with partner Phil Anderson.

Jadon Phillips and Phil Anderson started their morning playing doubles against University of Idaho’s Cirstea/Dobbs. The duo made a long journey to get to the finals but their journey had come to an end as they fell to Cirstea/Dobbs with a score of 8-5.

After that match was over, Jadon Phillips still had one more match to play as he was in the finals in singles. He faced off against Boise State’s Damian Hume. He was unable to defeat the seeded number two player as he fell with a score of 6-1, 6-3.

The Lobos next tournament will be this weekend as they will travel to San Diego, Calif. for the UNLV Fall Invitational on Oct. 28.
