Getting to know Sarah Mahboob Khan:

What is your favorite thing (restaurant, event, item, etc.) that is unique to Albuquerque?

"Something that I found to be unique about Albuquerque is the energy at all the sporting events. It's not something seen very often where I come from. I like how the whole athletic community is like a family. Balloon Fiesta is an event which is very different and fun. We usually go there as a team."

What will you take away from your experience here at UNM?

"There is a lot that we have learnt during our time at college and will surely be taking away a lot of things like discipline, work ethic, fighting ability, loyalty, and friendships."
