Getting to know Nikolina Grbac:

What is it like to be a part of the UNM women's tennis team?

"It's an honor to be a part of the tennis team. It is definitely a unique experience because tennis is an individual sport, but we compete as a team to achieve victories."

What is it like traveling to other schools to play against them? Is there such thing as a home court advantage in tennis?

"It feels good especially because we go there to play tennis and compete, to represent UNM, and we get to visit new places. Yes, there is a home court advantage especially because we practice on a slightly different surface and altitude than other colleges and we get support from our home audience."
