Senior (2009): Named to the Academic All-Mountain West Conference team...led the team in saves for the second season in a row with five, fifth in the Mountain West Conference...posted a 1-1 record with a 4.50 ERA in 30 innings pitched, fourth most from the bullpen...tied for second most on the team with 22 appearances...fanned 26 and allowed 15 walks...five saves is the most in a season since 2004...nine saves in career ties Joe Abell (1997-2000) for most in Lobo career...tossed a career-high 4.1 innings on May 21 against BYU in a superb relief appearance in the MWC Tournament, allowing just three hits and no runs with a career-best six strikeouts...notched first save of the season in one inning of work on Feb. 21 over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi with two strikeouts...pitched 4.1 innings of scoreless relief in four outings to open the season...held Air Force hitless over two innings on May 16, striking out four...picked up first win of the season at Saint Mary's on May 11...pitched three scoreless innings, allowing just three hits, on April 23 against BYU.

Junior (2008): Named second team All-Mountain West Conference as a relief pitcher...earned Academic All-Conference and MWC Scholar Athlete honoree...led the team in appearances (26) and saves (4) as the team's top closer...struck out 32 (16 looking) in 44.1 innings pitched with only 12 walks...posted a 3-1 record with a 3.86 ERA...fourth in the MWC in saves and games in relief, fifth in games finished...was a nominee for the NCBWA Stopper of the Year Award...had a stretch of 8.2 scoreless innings pitched from April 9-20 in four appearances...recorded four strikeouts in 1.1 innings of work vs. BYU on May 1.

Vernon College (2006-07): Went 5-8 with a 4.21 ERA in 2007...fanned 63 while walking 28 in 88 innings pitched ...posted a 3.80 ERA in 2006 going 4-4 with five saves...had 49 strikeouts in 52 innings ...all-NJCAA Academic team.

High School: Lettered three years in baseball...all-State and All-Conference in 2004 and 2005 as a punter in football...football won district championship in 2004.
