Lobos fall to Creighton, 4-3 in the first game of the series.

SENIOR (2012): Appeared in 21 games and made nine starts on the mound for the Lobos ... was a second team All-Mountain West performer ... posted a 2.76 ERA and led the team with 95 strikeouts in only 78.1 innings while allowing 63 hits and only 23 walks on the season ... began the year as the team's closer and recorded three saves to become the all-time saves leader at UNM with 15 ... moved into starting rotation Apr. 7 at Air Force and struck out a career-high 13 in 7.1 innings ... struck out at least nine batters in four straight games from Mar. 31 to Apr. 22 ... recorded the save in the team's first win of the season on Feb. 18 against Nevada ... also recorded saves against San Diego St. on Mar. 16 and 18 ... pitched a season-high eight innings against Florida Gulf Coast on Apr. 22 ... struck out 10 and allowed only one unearned run on six hits that game ... earned the win against TCU in the MW Tournament on May 25 by hurling 6.1 innings, striking out six, and allowing only two runs ... made 12 assists and recorded five putouts in the field without making an error.

JUNIOR (2011): Recorded a team-high seven saves to go along with his 2-3 record and 5.26 ERA in 21 appearances ... began the season in the starting rotation and started five games before moving to the bullpen ... earned his first save in his first relief appearance on Mar. 23 against Binghamton ... struck out 64 batters in only 53 innings ... his .258 batting average against led the team ... was named the West Region's National Pitcher of the Week by collegebaseballinsider.com for week of March 21-27 ... appeared in four games and earned four saves that week, pitching 5.1 shutout innings, allowing only one hit and no walks while striking out six ... struck out a season-high 10 and earned his first win in his start against UTSA on Mar. 4 ... pitched four innings in MWC Tournament in two appearances, allowing only one unearned run while striking out six.

SOPHOMORE (2010): Went 2-2 with a 5.32 ERA while recording five saves as a reliever for the Lobos ... had a season high four strikeouts over 1.2 innings of work against conference rival Utah on March 21.

SUMMER (2009): Played for the Eau Claire Express of the Northwoods League ... went 2-1 and posted an ERA of 2.92 in 24.2 innings pitched ... fanned 29 batters while walking only seven.

NEW MEXCIO JUNIOR COLLEGE (2008): Named All-Western Junior College Athletic Conference and All-Region V as a freshman ... posted a 4.02 ERA in 69 innings pitched and went undefeated at 11-1.
