2010: (Outdoor) Clocked a career best time in the 1500-meters with an altitude adjusted time of 4:06.16 at the Don Kirby Invitational...ran a career best time in the 5,000-meters at the Mt. Sac Relays with a time 14:27.34 for a 24th place finish...ran a time of 29:20.09 at the Stanford Invitational in the 10K for a personal best time and a 3rd place finish...finished 7th in the 10K at the MWC Championships with a raw time of 33:11.43 earning the Lobos 2pts.

2008-09: (outdoor) Raced 7 times, capping his season with a 5th place finish in the 10,000m at the MWC Championships...recorded a career best altitude adjusted time of 30:57.04 at the highest Division I track stadium in the country in Laramie, Wyo...time ranked 4th on the team...was the Lobos' No. 5 runner in the 5,000m with a career-best 14:31.95 at Cal (April 25)...Academic All-MWC...(indoor) Competed 7 times...ranked 4th on the team and 8th in the MWC in the 5,000m (14:27.32)...Lobos' No. 5 in the mile (4:23.63) and 3K (8:25.86)...(cross country) Scored in 2 of his 5 meets...27th at the MWC Championships and 41st at the NCAA Mountain Region meet (team's No. 6 in both races)...ran 3rd on the team at Minnesota and Notre Dame...Academic all-MWC.

2007-08: (outdoor) Raced 6 times, ranking fifth on the team in both the 10,000 and 5,000...scored at the MWC Championships with an 8th place finish in his first career 10K (31:56.56), but was forced to pull out of the 5K the next day...season-best 5,000m time of 15:04.52...Academic All-MWC honoree...(indoor) Raced 5 times, ranking 2nd on the team and 10th in the MWC in the mile...clocked a top time of 4:12.74 to win at Northern Arizona in his collegiate track debut...14th in the 5,000 at the MWC Championships...(cross country) Outstanding debut season for the Lobos, notching 3 top-25 finishes and scoring in all 5 meets...joined senior teammate Jeremy Johnson on the all-NCAA Mountain Region team by placing 21st with a career-best 10K time of 31:09...was the Lobos' No. 3 man and finished 11th overall at the MWC Championships in Albuquerque to earn second team all-MWC honors...led the team in Johnson's absence and was 9th overall in his first race at altitude to open the season in the Lobo Invite...season-best 8K time of 24:47 at Oregon...Academic All-MWC.


Competed in track and cross country at Notre Dame University during the 2006-07 season, under coach Joe Piane.

2006-07: (indoor/outoor) Redshirt seasons...(cross country) Key runner for the nationally-ranked Irish men in 6 meet appearances...was the top freshman at the Big East Championships, finishing 23rd overall and 4th on the team with a season-best 8K time of 24:33...went on to earn all-NCAA Great Lakes Region honors with a 24th place finish, clocking a season-best time of 31:53.24 in his first 10K to help the Irish finish 2nd as a team...was the No. 7 runner (175th overall) for 19th place Notre Dame at the NCAA Championship meet.


A 2006 graduate of Pendleton (Ind.) Heights HS...3-time all-state pick in both cross country and track (3,200 meters)...undefeated in XC as a senior, capping his career by winning the Indiana single-class state title (15:13.2 for 5K) on the same LaVern Gibson Course in Terre Haute that regularly hosts NCAA Championships...3-time regional XC champion...4-year conference champion in both XC and track...3rd at the Foot Locker Midwest Cross Country Regional...top times of 4:12.24 (among national top-30) in the 1,600m and 9:12.07 in the 3,200m as a senior...latter mark came in runner-up finish at the state championships...winner of Indiana High School Athletic Association Maas Mental Attitude Award following '05 state cross country meet...class vice president...
