Veteran team-leader in the sprints and hurdles...a confident and talented runner, who also possesses a tremendous work ethic...has improved dramatically since joining the program, establishing himself among the top sprinters and 110-meter hurdlers in the conference...has earned all-MWC honors four times indoors and outdoors as a member of the UNM 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams...will be counted on to elevate his performance once again this spring with the loss of veteran sprinters Nick Lott and David Lloyd, and fellow senior Ahmed Raji redshirting the 2004 season...coaches would like to see him provide a much-needed presence in the 400-meter hurdles as well.

2003: (outdoor) Owned the team's top-5 times in the 110m hurdles and was an MWC finalist in the 100, where he finished eighth with a career-best time of 10.77...just missed the finals in the high hurdles, placing ninth in the prelims with a season-best time of 14.74...won the 110m hurdles in each of his two meets at UTEP...integral member of both relay teams, which were the best at New Mexico in over a decade...ran the lead leg on the 4x100 team which finished third at the MWC Championships with a NCAA regional qualifying time of 40.67, then went on to place a solid ninth at the Midwest Regionals prelims with a season-best time of 40.47...4x400 squad clocked a season-best and regional qualifying time of 3:10.60 to finish an impressive second at LSU, then placed second again at the MWC Championships (3:12.94) before finishing 17th in the Midwest prelims (3:12.13)...(indoor) Turned in an outstanding indoor campaign, notching team and personal-best times in the 60, 200 and 60-meter hurdles...scored a team-high 9 points in the 60 (4th) and 200 meters (5th), and just missed the finals with a 9th place finish in the 60m hurdles prelims at the MWC Championships...also led the UNM mile relay team to a second place finish at the MWC meet, just 0.66 seconds out of first...set two indoor school records...broke Larry Davis' 2-year-old mark in the 60m dash at the Husker Invitational, clocking a 6.96 in the event finals...also erased Justin Massey's 2-year-old record in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.22 at the Air Force Invite...owned each of the Lobos' top-5 times in both the 60 and 60m hurdles.

2002: (outdoor) MWC finalist in the 100 and 100m hurdles...season-best time of 11.04 to place sixth in the 100 and season-best time of 14.93 to finish seventh in the hurdles...ten top-eight finishes in 15 races...earned all-MWC honors running the anchor leg of the Lobos' 4x400m relay team...also helped the 4x100m relay team clock its second-fastest time of the year...(indoor) Tied for the team-lead with a top time of 8.59 in the 60m hurdles.

2001: (outdoor) Did not compete...(indoor) Competed in a pair of indoor 400-meter races.


A four-year letterwinner in track and field at Upper Dublin High School in Fort Washington, Pa. under head coach Floyd Dinkins...Philadelphia all-area (1999) and all-league honors (1999-98) in the 100m hurdles...all 300m hurdles, long jump and triple jump...school record-setting time of 14.5 in the 110m hurdles...also owns school record time of 7.5 in the 55m indoor hurdles...personal records of 42-11 in the triple jump and 21-9 in the long jump...recieved the Josh Henderson Memorial Track & Field Award.
