2011 Indoor and Outdoor: Redshirted both seasons.
Attended Rio Ranch High School and graduated in 2010... Lettered in both Track and XC and was coached by Coach Gonzales... Sophomore year ran the 200m in 21.50 and was on the 4x100 State Championship team... Junior year ran the 400m in 48.91sec and 4x400 in 3:16.51, and received runner up at the State meet in both the 200 and 400 meters... Injured most of his Senior year, but still was a part of the impressive 4x100 5A State Championship team...In 2009, qualifiedfor the Junior Olympic Nationals...Not only impressive on the track but also in the classroom as well... Been on the honor roll from 6th-12th grade and a member of the National Honor Society...Other notable award is receiving the People and People Sports Ambassador.
