This Season - Qualified for the NCAA Championships all three years at UNM and competed in her first championships last year...Looking to qualify for the fourth year in a row and will challenge for one of the top-3 spots on the team...Last name is pronounced "white."

Junior (2005) - Earned All-American honors in the SL after placing ninth at the NCAA Championships...Finished 18th in the GS at the NCAAs...Posted three top-10s including a seventh place finish in the GS at Denver, tying a career-high...Ranked 16th in the RMISA in both the SL and GS...Women's Alpine team MVP.

Sophomore (2004) - Qualified for the NCAA Championships for the second year in a row but did not compete...Ranked 14th in the slalom and 19th in the giant slalom in the RMISA...Recorded three top-10's, including a career-best 7th place finish in the giant slalom at Utah...Also had a career-high fifth place showing in the slalom at New Mexico.

Freshman (2003) - Qualified for the NCAA Championships but did not compete in 2003...Finished the regular season ranked 15th in the RMISA Slalom and 24th in the RMISA Giant Slalom...Her best Slalom finish was ninth place at Montana State in Bozeman, Montana, on January 4, 2003...Her best Giant Slalom finish was 11th at Colorado in Boulder, Colorado, on January 31, 2003.

High School - Weidt graduated from Duluth East High School in 2001 where she was the Minnesota state high school Slalom Champion in 1999...Weidt also lettered in soccer at Duluth East...Spent the 2002 season as a member of Team Colorado...She was also a part of the Colorado All-Star team from 2000-02.

Personal - Born on Dec. 20, 1982, Gladys is from Duluth, Minn...She is majoring in Exercise Science and plans on receiving her doctorate in Physical Therapy...She has two brothers, Alex and Andy. She enjoys being by the lake, waterskiing and reading.
