2004 (Junior) - NCAA All-American in the slalom after finishing ninth at the NCAA Championships...Placed 26th in the GS at the NCAAs...Best slalom finish was fourth at Utah...Best giant slalom finish was 10th at New Mexico...Earned her third Academic All-American award...Was a 2nd Team All-RMISA and ranked 10th in the slalom.

2003 (Sophomore) - Qualified for the NCAA Championships in 2003 for the second year in a row but did not compete...Her highest finish in the SL was 11th, at Utah-Alaska-Anchorage and at Western State...Highest GS finish was eighth at Colorado and Western State...Also earned her second Academic All-American award...Competed in the World University Games in Tarvisio, Italy, where she finished sixth in the Downhill, 13th in the Super-G and 7th overall.

Freshman (2001) - Finished the regular season ranked eighth in the RMISA GS standings...Earned Academic All-American honors...Qualified for the NCAA Championships but did not compete...Best SL finish was eighth at the Denver race...Won the GS at the UNM event in Taos Ski Valley, N.M...Posted four Top-10 SL and GS finishes combined...Finished 11th in the combined and 16th in the SG at U.S. Nationals in 2001...Ranked in Ski Racing Magazine as one of the Top-50 U.S. junior skiers.

High School - A graduate of Summit HS in Breckenridge, Colo., Woodrow was a 2000 R/C Jr. Olympic Gold Medalist in the SL and GS...She competed in high school with former Lobo Nordic Team member Graham Bremner...She also finished 10th in the North American Jr. Nationals in 2000...Was a three-year letterwinner in track and captain of the softball team as a senior.

Personal - Helena was born on July 16, 1982, in Plano, Texas, but now calls Frisco, Colo. home...She enjoys softball and traveling and is majoring in Elementary Education...Helena has been a member of the Colorado All-Star team for the past five years.
