Head Coach Alan Dils on McDaniels:

"Very few people bring more passion to the game than he does. His improvement has been extraordinary. You can contribute that to his passion and his listening to his coaches and applying that to his game. He has done all that and has worked very hard in improving certain aspects of his game. This is a guy that you can count on day in and day out. I would not be surprised to see him in our lineup day to day."
