NEW MEXICO: Reliable big man who started 23 games during his two-year Lobo career...grinded through a senior season at right tackle in which he began the year in a cast on his right hand because of a broken bone. ... Graded out at or above 70 percent in all 13 games in 2012 ... helped the offense average 301.3 rushing yards, which was the fifth best in the nation ... started 10 games in 2011, eight at the key left tackle position ... a Top-10 junior college offensive lineman who came to UNM before the 2011 spring semester ... spent the previous two seasons at Arizona Western at both offensive tackle and guard for head coach Tom Minnick ... first name is pronounced Kor-EE-un ... two-year starter who was named First Team All-Region WSFL in 2010 ... led the Arizona Western Matadors to back-to-back Western States Football League championships ... finished his two years at Western with a 19-4 overall record.

2012 (SENIOR): Started all 13 games, 12 at right tackle after playing the season opener at left tackle ... broke a finger on his right hand in fall camp and had to wear a cast through the first three weeks of the season ... Graded out at a season-high 81 percent overall as well as a 96 percent on assignment vs. Nevada on Nov. 17 ... had 11 knockdown blocks against Wyoming on Nov. 10. ... Led the team with a 78 percent assignment grade, including a 100 percent grade on assignments, against Boise State on Sept. 29 ... also had a team-high nine knockdown blocks in that game ... received a 100 percent grade on assignments against New Mexico State on Sept. 22 ... was credited with 12 knockdown blocks against the Aggies, which tied for second on the team and represented his season high... finished with an overall grade of 77 percent against NMSU ... started at left tackle against Southern on Sept. 1 ... finished with a 70 percent overall grade, including 100 percent on assignments, in 39 plays.

2011 (JUNIOR): Started the first two games at right tackle before moving to the left side for six consecutive starts...was the starter at LT during UNM's 21-14 win over UNLV, in which the Lobos totaled 415 yards of offense.
