FRESHMAN (2011-12): Parker joined the Lobo ranks as a mid-season walk-on in December of 2011.

HIGH SCHOOL: A guard out of La Cueva High School, Parker was named third-team all-district her frshman year, second-team all-district her sophomore year, and first-team all-district her junior year, She was also named second-team all-metro following her junior season, and first-team all-metro and all-district after her senior season at La Cueva. She helped her team to two district and state championships during her freshman and sophomore years, seeing the team to a 32-2 record as a freshman.

PERSONAL: Full name is Jamie Parker, affectionately known as "JP" or "Parker" on the court. Born on June 13, 1993 in Albuquerque to Steve and Betsy Parker. Steve Parker was a member of the Lobo basketball team for his freshman season at the University of New Mexico. Has one sibling, Kelsey Parker. Parker is studying business at New Mexico, and enjoys eating and hiking. Her favorite athletes are Tim Tebow and Von Miller of the Denver Broncos.
