ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.---The University of New Mexico women's soccer team tied to Wyoming, 1-1, on Friday night at the UNM Soccer Complex. The Lobos are now 7-4-4 on the season, 1-0-2 in MW action.

The Lobos dominated the offensive front, placing 9 of 22 shots on goal in 110 minutes on the field.

With 27 seconds remaining in the match, Natalie Jenks placed the equalizing goal in the back of the net off a cross from Elba Holguin in the goal box.

The match continued into double overtime, but neither team was able to find the back of the net.

The Lobos out-shot Wyoming 22-7, but were unable to capitalize on any scoring opportunities until late in the second half. A powerful New Mexico offense forced the Cowgirl goalkeeper to make eight saves in 110 minutes of action.
