Quickly on the 2013-14 Lobos
The Lobos will put their top 25 ranking on the line yet again as they host the 2013 Big South Champions, the Buccaneers of Charleston Southern.  New Mexico has had a week to get ready after defeating Alabama A&M in the season opener 88-52 last Saturday night.  The Lobos got a pair of double-doubles from Alex Kirk (16 pts, 12 rbds) and Cameron Bairstow (22 pts, 12 rbds) and four players hit for double-figure points.

New Mexico brings into the contest a run of 22 home wins in the last 23 outings.  The Lobos are playing their final game before heading to Charleston to take part in ESPN's Charleston Classic tournament on the campus of the College of Charleston.

About Charleston Southern
Charleston Southern is 2-1 on the season, winning its opening two gmaes before losing to UNC Wilmington in overtime at home Wednesday night 80-78. The Bucs are coached by Barclay Radebaugh in his ninth season with the school. Last year the Buccaneers won the Big South regular season title but lost in the Big South Championship game to Liberty University.
