ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The University of New Mexico Women's Basketball program wrapped up their 2012-13 season with its annual team banquet on Friday evening. The event, hosted by the Three Point Club, commemorated the team's season while honoring the members of the program, which included seniors Caroline Durbin, Chinyere Nnaji, Jourdan Erskine and Jayme Jackson.
The 2012-13 Lobos finished the season 17-14, which included a six-win improvement from the year before. The Cherry & Silver accomplished some program history last season by winning four consecutive Mountain West road games in a season for the first time in program history. The Lobos also defeated UNLV in the Mountain West Tournament Quarterfinals to mark the seventh-straight Mountain West Tournament that the Lobos have won at least one game in.
Coach Sanchez and company fielded two all-conference performers. Caroline Durbin was selected to the All-Mountain West Second Team while Antiesha Brown was the Mountain West Sixth Player of the Year. Durbin also became the second player in conference history to earn back-to-back Academic All-American awards.
The ceremony, which was emceed by Women's Basketball radio announcer Joe Behrend, also honored members of the program with team awards.

Other memorable moments of the evening included special game balls for the seniors, the awarding of lettermen jackets for all student-athletes who completed their first year with the program and the toasts of seniors by their teammates.
