Lobo Club and Raylee Vantage Homes Make Another Sale

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- The UNM Lobo Club and Raylee Homes and Vantage Builders, Inc., along with various community business partners, are pleased to announce the sale of Lobo House XIII. Construction of the 2,616-square foot home in the Sundoro community, located in the Petroglyphs, was completed during the summer of 2008 and recently sold.
Proceeds from the sale in addition to gift-in-kind donations comprised a total donation of $135,780.49 from Raylee Homes and Vantage Builders, Inc. to the UNM Lobo Club. The fund raising partnership benefits UNM student-athletes through scholarships.
"Since 1990, we are proud of our efforts in the Lobo House Project and the continued efforts of our contractors and suppliers," said Scott Grady, co-president of Raylee Homes and Vantage Builders, Inc. "We look forward to continuing our partnership with the University of New Mexico as we strive to enhance the academic and athletic endeavors of Lobo student-athletes through this special project."
Vice President for Athletics Paul Krebs added, "Raylee Homes, Vantage Builders and Scott Grady are just another great example of the generous community spirit that exists in the Lobo family. Our long-time partnership with the Lobo House project is another fantastic way that we are able to support all of our tremendous student-athletes in the classroom and in competition."
The contractors and suppliers that contributed to Lobo House XIII included A-Management, Albuquerque Door, Alvarez Dry Wall, Artistic Tile and Granite, Arviso Framing, Champion Truss, Community Sciences, Custom Grading, Don Reynolds, Feeney Inc., Formcove, Fox Electric, Garrity Insulation, Hilltop Landscaping, Master Craft Cabinets, Modern Security, Mountain West Sales, Otero and Sons, Overhead Door, PMI, Plumb Mechanical, Ray's Flooring, Turn On Lighting, Whirlpool and Ybarra Concrete.
The Lobo Club is The Team Behind The Teams, the fund-raising arm of the University of New Mexico Athletics Department. Lobo Club members, through their financial support, are investing in the futures of UNM student-athletes and the future of the UNM community.
