The University of New Mexico athletics department will hold auditions for National Anthem singers at Lobo athletics events for the upcoming sports seasons on Saturday, August 9, from 12-2:00 p.m. (M.D.T.) The auditions will take place at The Pit and will serve as a qualifier for men's and women's basketball as well as assigned Olympic sports.

Each singer will have two minutes to perform a traditional, acapella version of the anthem. Please RSVP to John Brewer - jcb305@unm.edu, (505) 925-5905 - by 5:00 p.m. (M.D.T.) on Aug. 6 to reserve your spot. You must reserve a time slot to audition.

On the day of your audition, please enter The Pit next to The Lobo Store, on the east side of the building and proceed down to the floor. Please check in no later than 15 minutes prior to your designated time slot.
