Tracy Denton Position: Spirit Program Coordinator Experience: 1st Year alma mater: New Mexico - B.A. - 1996

Tracy Denton is entering her 13th year as a Cheerleading Coach at the University of New Mexico. She was a UNM Cheerleader from 1992-1996 and has continued as a coach. She was hired as the full-time Spirit Program Coordinator in June 2008. Denton oversees all aspects of the Spirit Program, including the Cheerleaders, Mascots and Chaparrals.

She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management in 1996.

Tracy began coaching in 1992 and has multiple Regional and State Championships at the High School level. She was a Universal Cheerleaders' Association (UCA) instructor from 1994-2000. Denton also judges for UCA Regional and UCA High School & College National competitions as seen on ESPN.
