Team Assignments: Lobo Football
Les Myers begins his third year at UNM and his second as the assistant director in the Lobo Center for Student Athlete Success, working exclusively with the Lobo football program. Myers came to UNM after spending three years at Colorado State University as the academic coordinator for men's basketball, men's and women's track and field, women's golf, women's tennis and softball. Prior to Colorado State, Myers spent one year at the University of Central Florida in Orlando as an academic advisor for women's basketball, women's soccer, and track and field and one year at Florida Atlantic University as an academic intern working with softball and women's golf.
Myers attended Garden City (Kan.) Community College for two years where he was a two-year letterwinner for the baseball team. After receiving his associate of arts from GCCC, Myers went on to receive his bachelor's degree in History from the University of Colorado in 2001 and completed his master's in Sports Administration from Wichita State in 2003.
