Marcy Silva Position: Student Assistant Experience: 3rd Year

Marcy Silva is in her third year with the University of New Mexico athletic communications office. Silva joined the staff as a student assistant in the summer of 2009 and serves as the media contact for the UNM swimming and diving program.

A 2009 graduate of Santa Teresa HS in Santa Teresa, N.M., she is in her third year of schooling at UNM. Silva is majoring in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Strategic Communication. A native Spanish speaker, she is minoring in Portuguese.
