University of New Mexico student-athletes partnered with the Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department on Saturday May 3, 2008 to assist with a massive pet adopt-a-thon. The Lobo student-athletes had a great time and were phenomenal in their efforts to provide loving homes for these creatures. The event produced a total number of 75 pet adoptions!
