The Lobo ski team competed in both Alpine and Nordic events in Red River, N.M. over the weekend.

Gary Beresford enters his second season as part of the UNM coaching staff. The former Lobo Alpine skier looks to help UNM as a coach now that his collegiate career is complete.

Junior (2009): Missed the majority of the 2009 season with a knee injury ... 25th-place career-best giant slalom finish at Alaska-Anchorage.

Sophomore (2008): Placed career-best 18th in slalom at the Utah Invitational ... Set season-best with 26th place in giant slalom at UNM Invitational ... Finished RMISA season ranked 30th in slalom and 40th in giant slalom ... Recipient of UNM Coaches Award.
